LTC Ingraham

Colonel Ingraham is a US Army retired veteran with twenty-two years active military service, commanding, supervising intelligence, operations, training, and employment at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.  During his military career he and his family traveled around the world to several assignments in Europe, East Asia, the Balkans, the Middle East and the continental United States. 

 

Colonel Ingraham received much of his primary and secondary education in Tampa and was baptized as a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.  He is a graduate of Jefferson High School in Tampa.  Later he graduated from Hillsborough Community College with an Associate of Science Degree.  He then attended the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Liberal Studies.  More recently he received his Masters of Science Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.  He is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Colonel Ingraham has transitioned to a 2nd career in Education.  He has served as the Senior Army JROTC Instructor at Haines City High School and nearby now Strawberry Crest High School for 18 years.

SFC Aldridge

Sergeant First Class Aldridge, a native of Tampa, Florida, enlisted in the United States Army immediately after graduating from high school. He has held a variety of leadership positions throughout his 26-year career. These positions include: Battalion Master Trainer, Brigade Operations NCOIC, S-3 Operations NCOIC, Platoon Sergeant, and Detachment First Sergeant.

Sergeant First Class Aldridge served in a variety of assignments in the United States and around the world. His Overseas duties took him to countries such as the Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, Korea, and Germany. His CONOUS assignments include Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD (APG), Forth Stewart Georgia, and MacDill Air Force Base. Sergeant Aldridge began teaching JROTC at Ridge Community Highschool in Davenport, FL and stayed there until 2021 when he recently transferred to his his current position as Army Instructor at Strawberry Crest High School in Dover, FL. Sergeant First Class Aldridge is married with three sons, one daughter, and a grandson. He also holds a bachelor degree of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy State University.
